How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Most customers receive their order within 6 business days. Currently we are shipping orders within 2 business days of receipt. All orders ship via ground transportation from zip code 55075. Use this UPS map to see how long it will take to ship to your area. You will receive a notification upon order receipt and a separate shipping notification. Please check your spam folders for these emails.
How do I change my shipping address?
If you realize after placing your order that you have entered any incorrect information including your shipping address please reach out to us ASAP using our contact form. Please include your name and order number for fastest possible handling. Note that many orders ship next day and may be difficult to update if we’re not notified quickly.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we only ship in the continental United States. If you are located outside of this area please look for a distributor local to you using our Distributor Map.
What is your return policy?
Due to the chemical nature of our products we are not able to accept returns of opened or partially used materials. If you purchased the wrong material and have the original packaging we can accept a return. We do not accept returns after 30 days of order receipt. If you would like to start the return process please complete the Form below.
Will my items come in one package?
Depending on the size of your order it may come in multiple boxes. Part A and B of kits are shipped together in one carton.
