Common purchase questions answered

Orders and Shipping

Most customers receive their order within 6 business days.  Currently we are shipping orders within 2 business days of receipt.

All orders ship via ground transportation from zip code 55075.  Use this UPS map to see how long it will take to ship to your area.

You will receive a notification upon order receipt and a separate shipping notification.  Please check your spam folders for these emails.

When you place an order you can create an account or alternatively you can register  an account here.

If you realize after placing your order that you have entered any incorrect information including your shipping address please reach out to us ASAP using our contact form.  Please include your name and order number for fastest possible handling.  Note that many orders ship next day and may be difficult to update if we’re not notified quickly.

You should receive a tracking email after your order ships. You can also refer to My Account to check the status

Currently we only ship in the continental United States.  If you are located outside of this area please look for a distributor local to you using our Distributor Map.

Depending on the size of your order it may come in multiple boxes.  Part A and B of kits are shipped together in one carton.

If you want to exchange or return an item

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the chemical nature of our products we are not able to accept returns of opened or partially used materials.  If you purchased the wrong material and have the original packaging we can accept a return.  We do not accept returns after 30 days of order receipt.

If we have not started processing your order you can make changes or cancel the order.  Please reach out to us ASAP as we ship orders between 1-2 business days from receipt.
